What is PNB Yuva?

PNB Yuva is a mobile application designed specifically for youngsters between the age group of 14 and 25 to carry out banking transactions online without visiting the Bank.

PNB Yuva is available on which platforms?

PNB Yuva is available for Android and I phone and can be downloaded from Google Play Store (For Android) and Apple Store (For I Phone users).

What are the requirements for using PNB Yuva?

For enjoying services through PNB Yuva Application, you must possess the following:

  • You should be between 14 and 25 years of age.
  • An android phone or an I - phone with internet services enabled thereon.
  • A self operated savings account. If you do not hold an account with PNB, same can be requested through Application itself for which you should possess valid KYC documents which would be collected by the bank official.
  • Your mobile number must be registered in bank’s records.
  • You must have debit card issued in the account.

What documents do I require for KYC?

Aadhar Card or Voter ID Card.

Can I convert my existing account to PNB Yuva if I fall between the age group of 14 and 25?

Yes, in that case you have to simply download the app, register for PNB Yuva and start using the app instantly.

What services PNB Yuva offers?

Is there any limit on transactions through PNB YUVA ?

Yes, maximum debit limit is Rs. 25000/- per day through Yuva account.

How do I register for PNB Yuva?

You need to download the PNB Yuva application from Google Play Store or Apple Store and register using link ‘Existing Customer-Online Registration’ and follow the steps as under:

  • Enter your account number and date of birth.
  • Enter the OTP (One Time Password) delivered on your registered mobile number.
  • Enter Debit card number and PIN.
  • Set your login password and you are ready to use the app.

If I do not have account in PNB, what would be the process?

If you are not an existing PNB customer, then you have to first lodge request for opening of PNB Yuva account and after the account is opened use the application as an existing customer with the steps explained at point No.8 above. For lodgement of request, follow the undernoted steps:

  • Go to New User – Sign up
  • Enter the required information on screen like Name, E mail ID, Mobile Number, Pin etc.
  • A reference number will be generated and bank’s team will contact you to collect the KYC documents post which account will be opened and welcome kit will be provided.

Once account gets opened, follow the below steps:

  • Click ‘Existing Customer-Online Registration’.
  • Enter your account number and date of birth.
  • Enter the OTP (One Time Password) delivered on your registered mobile number.
  • Enter Debit card number and PIN.
  • Set your login password and you are ready to use the app.

What happens if I forget my login password?

You can reset your password using the ‘Forgot Password’ option provided in the application.

Do I need a transaction password for performing transactions through PNB Yuva?

No, all the transactions would be honored on validation of OTP which would be sent on your registered mobile number.
