Punjab National Bank is now catering its Account holders as well as non-account holders through WhatsApp. There is a plethora of services that are being offered by Punjab National Bank over WhatsApp and shall be continuously adding more.
There are 2 major categories of services which are being offered over WhatsApp. First is Informative Services which can be accessed by existing account holders as well as non-account holders where they will get all banking related information on fingertips. Second is Non-financial services such as balance enquiry, mini statement, stop cheque, cheque book request etc. which can be accessed by account holders only. The pre-requisite of accessing non-financial services is that customers’ mobile number through which customer is using WhatsApp should be registered with Bank.
To access PNB’s Banking services on WhatsApp, customer need to add the number +91-9264092640 to its contacts and Say ‘Hi’, ‘Hello’ etc. on +91-9264092640 from registered mobile number on WhatsApp. Customers can also access these services by clicking on 
icon available on various platforms of Punjab National Bank.
